This class is available to All Staff. Making efficient decisions is critical to performance. Participants explore different approaches and identify which is most common on their team. Two decision-making traps are also addressed.

About the Event

This is a live, virtual training event using Zoom. For security purposes, please do not share or forward the meeting invitation or the Zoom link. These classes are reserved for ECIN employees only.

Classes will have no more than 15 participants. Please consider these guidlines for a successful virtual learning experience:

  1. Turn video on to engage in both large and small group discussions about the topic.
  2. Avoid multi-tasking. It not only compromises your learning but will distract others from their learning.
  3. Feel free to turn off your video and move about or stretch during moments when the faciltiator is presenting content.
  4. Have a pen and paper ready if you would like to take notes. You will receive a handout during class with additional information.
